It was at the end of 2018 in the 5th arrondissement of Paris within the Latin Quarter that the restaurant «L'invité» opened.
You can find a map of the place: refined, colourful, generous and authentic with a homemade kitchen made from fresh products.
In line with its era, the restaurant offers many vegetarian and gluten free dishes, to satisfy the tastes and needs of all.
But «L'invitée» is first of all the adventure of two friends: William and Roman. Guillaume worked in fine pastry and luxury catering for over 15 years. Romain worked for 10 years in the film industry. Their journey demonstrates a shared passion: sharing emotions. Inhabited by the desire to work together and the desire to embark on a new adventure, they decide in 2018 to "leave everything" to create their establishment and thus live in a duo their passion.
Consistent with their personalities, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very friendly, and as the managers say, «Coming to our establishment is like coming to us». As soon as you arrive you will be greeted like a guest, Guillaume & Romain call you by your first name, take your news, as if you were a family member or a friend. Ideal conditions to spend a pleasant time and decompress.
The name of the establishment also pays tribute to Simone de Beauvoir and his first novel: The guest. Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, Guillaume & Romain wish to transmit the soul of this emblematic district, permeated by the great figures of the world of art and literature. In the lounge, a library makes a beautiful contribution to its great authors: Simone de Beauvoir, Jean-Paul Sartre, Marguerite Prigent and Victor Hugo are all on the shelves.
