Cédric Fourteau, co-fondateur des agences Ateliers, Lofts et Associés de Bordeaux, Arcachon, Biarritz et La Rochelle, qui s'approprie très jeune les valeurs essentielles des Arts & Métiers, du droit en immobilier et qui développe depuis plus de 12 ans les agences dans la région Sud-Ouest.

Olivier Thonon, l'Orléanais de naissance, amateur d'automobiles anciennes, épris de littérature, d'Art et d'horizons lointains, qui se passionne pour la réhabilitation de lieux hors normes et qui dirige les équipes parisiennes.
