Cédric Fourteau, co-founder of the Ateliers, Lofts et Associés agencies in Bordeaux, Arcachon, Biarritz and La Rochelle, who at a very young age took on the essential values of Arts & Métiers and real estate law and has been developing agencies in the South-West region for over 12 years.

Olivier Thonon, a native of Orleans, a lover of old cars, literature, art and distant horizons, who is passionate about the rehabilitation of unusual places and who manages the Paris teams.
