Manager of the PAYS-BASQUES & LANDES agencies
After business school and a postgraduate diploma in marketing, Julie honed her skills as a fine negotiator with major groups such as L'Oréal, Unilever and Laboratoires Expanscience. 15 years ago, she was offered the chance to try her hand at corporate real estate...
Far from the world of beauty and well-being, she now invests in warehouses, workshops, offices, etc. These unusual sites gradually lead her to the Ateliers Lofts & Associés group, which she decided to join 13 years ago by developing the agency of the same name on the Basque coast. Sensitive to architecture and design (with a soft spot for the 70's), she practises her profession relentlessly, with passion.
In July 2020, still with the same fervour, Julie decided to open a new agency in Capbreton in order to meet the growing demand in the Landes.
She took the gamble of finding remarkable properties inland and working on architecture not far from the ocean, thus covering a large area.
A successful gamble! Many of our clients, both buyers and sellers, have placed their trust in us in this area, which is full of architectural nuggets!
Hyper-active and in search of sensations, she does not hesitate to risk extraordinary experiences with 2 "Roses des Sables" trophies and a trek in the Moroccan desert to her credit. Next challenge: The Aicha des Gazelles rally in September 2021.
Marketing and Sales Coordinator / PAYS-BASQUE & LANDES AGENCY
Originally from Palaise, Edith settled on the Atlantic coast, between the Landes and the Basque Country, more than 20 years ago. After her studies in sports marketing, she worked for 10 years with two major surfing companies, where she made her mark in the communication and event management sectors.
To contribute to the development of the Biarritz agency by putting her experience to good use, she joined her elder sister, the manager of the structure, 7 years ago. Creating events, developing communication tools, supporting the team in sales... Multiple actions for the benefit of the agency, always carried out with the utmost rigour!
Negotiator / PAYS-BASQUE AGENCY
Morgane, this (very) active young woman grew up on the Basque coast, a region she is particularly fond of.
After 10 years in the telephone industry, and after her first acquisitions, she naturally turned to the world of real estate by joining the Biarritz agency 6 years ago. "As the oldest member of the sales team, she knows her job and her sector inside out. She is the queen of estimation!
On the lookout for the slightest good deal, Morgane is THE most connected member of the team! Call on her know-how, she will find the rare pearl for you.
Negotiator / PAYS-BASQUE AGENCY
A native of the region, it's not unusual to come across Manon in the alleys of Bayonne, the city she loves above all else.
After studying business and gaining experience in the professional world, Manon obtained a Bachelor's degree in "Real Estate Business Management". She chose Ateliers Lofts et Associés to complete this work-study programme. Once she had her diploma, she decided to join the Biarritz agency for good.
Sporty, dynamic and an outstanding prospector, at 26 years old, she is the freshness of our team in Biarritz.
Negotiator / PAYS-BASQUE AGENCY
Originally from Bordeaux, Juliette is our latest arrival within the structure. As part of her master's degree in commercial strategy and performance, Juliette will first join the Ateliers Lofts et Associés agency in Arcachon on a sandwich course. She will be in charge of seasonal rentals for 2 years. She then decided to continue her studies by doing an MBA which she validated thanks to her 7 months experience abroad.
Back in France, firmly attached to our brand, Juliette is going to start selling this time by joining the Biarritz agency!
For the past 3 years, she has been criss-crossing the Basque Country in search of unusual places.
A keen traveller, photographer and decorator, Juliette is THE creative touch in our team.
Negotiator / LANDES AGENCY
At 22, Noémie is the youngest member of our team. With a DUT in marketing techniques in her pocket, she decided to extend her schooling by joining a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate in early September 2019 in Bayonne.
Greatly attracted by the Ateliers Lofts et Associés concept, she naturally turned to our structure in order to do her work-study. This budding negotiator, sensitive to interior design, will share her time during a year between school and learning the trade with us.
Negotiator / LANDES AGENCY
Carole, an explosive Basque-Landes mix! With a diploma in architecture (DPLG) in her pocket, she worked for 10 years in two architectural firms in Toulouse. This dynamic young woman who is particularly fond of the world of design and art decided to settle down with her family in Hossegor, an area she knows perfectly. It is with enthusiasm and motivation that she decided to participate in the Landes adventure Ateliers, Lofts & Associés in July 2020. One year later she does not regret her choice... quite the contrary!
Negotiator / LANDES AGENCY
Marie-Julie will join the Ateliers Lofts et Associés Capbreton team when the agency opens in July 2020.
This young woman of 33 years old, originally from the Aveyron region, graduated from the Montpellier business school and first worked in the telephone sector as a salesperson.
After a 6 month stay in Australia to improve her English and see the country, M.J (as she is known) settled on the Atlantic coast where she first joined a local press group and then moved into the real estate sector. After 5 years spent within 2 large brands and strongly attracted by the unique concept of our brand, she decided to join our group to put her experience to good use.
This passionate dancer/yoga/pilate trio, traveller and decorator will accompany you in a very professional way in all your real estate projects.
Negotiator / AGENCY LANDES
Originally from the Landes, this territory has always been his place of expression.
With a degree in Geography in hand, he gradually deserted the university benches. As a basketball player in N2, he is more often seen with a ball than a pencil.
At the beginning of the 2000s, a meeting opens up real professional prospects for him. Passionate about board sports (snowboard and skateboard first), he starts his career at RIP CURL EUROPE in Hossegor. 14 years of commercial functions later, the last 3 in the Alps, it's time for Greg to return home. STOKKE, specialized in childcare equipment, offers him a position as account manager South-West.
Attracted by architecture, construction and design, associated with his commercial skills, real estate appeared to him as an obvious choice.
What better place to discover this new universe than our agency Ateliers, Lofts et Associés?
"The singularity of the agency, its spirit and its teams immediately won me over. My greatest adventure? This one I hope".
Negotiator / AGENCY LANDES
Laurent Dulon, also known as PILULE, is a native of the Landes region and has been surfing since he was a child.
Surfing has been much more than a simple recreational activity in his life: it has allowed him to build himself up as a sportsman (French Espoirs and Juniors team), to travel the world during his young years (thanks to Billabong Europe and Quiksilver), but also to be one of the pioneers of this discipline to ride the XXL wave of Belharra Perdum in the French Basque Country.
He decided to share his knowledge with the surf school of Moliets and Vieux-Boucau and owns a surf store.
"This is how I can briefly define a part of my story...which from now on and thanks to the confidence granted by Ateliers, Lofts & Associés, will allow me to surf on a new wave which is just as dear to my heart".

25 years of Art Paris: A powerful anniversary edition under the sign of commitment!
Art Paris is celebrating its 25th anniversary. This anniversary edition brings together 134 galleries from 25 countries fromMarch 30 to April 2, 2023 at the Grand Palais Éphémère.
Founded in 1999, Art Paris is organized by France Conventions, a French family-owned company. Under the impetus of its owners Julien Lecêtre and Valentine Lecêtre, and of its general curator Guillaume Piens, Art Paris has become in 25 years the unmissable artistic event of the spring, a discovery fair that innovates, breaks new ground and explores modern and contemporary art.
At once regional, national and cosmopolitan, Art Paris has highlighted many foreign scenes: Russia in 2013, China in 2014, Singapore and Southeast Asia in 2015, Korea in 2016, Africa in 2017, Switzerland in 2018, Latin America in 2019 and the Iberian Peninsula in 2020.
At the same time, Art Paris is committed to supporting the French scene. Since 2018, it has combined the subjective, historical and critical view of a curator with the selection of specific projects byFrench artists proposed by the participating galleries on a defined theme and linked to a writing work presenting their work. It was first the artists in the margin of history by François Piron in 2018,A French scene of another kind by Camille Morineau and her association AWARE in 2019, Common and Uncommon Stories by Gaël Charbau in 2020,Portraiture and Figuration by Hervé Mikaeloff in 2021,Natural Stories by Alfred Pacquement in 2022 andArt & Engagement by Marc Donnadieu in 2023.
The Covid-19 pandemic marked a turning point in the fair's history: the first post-confinement physical fair to be held in the world in September 2020, Art Paris was the first event to inaugurate the Grand Palais Éphémère at the Champ-de-Mars in September 2021. Six months later, in April 2022, it was the first fair in the world to develop an eco-design approach based on life cycle analysis.
Finally, the fair has turned to themes that cross society and the field of contemporary creation: art and the environment in 2022, commitment and exile in 2023. These are the kinds of choices that contribute to the originality of this major spring event for modern and contemporary art and give it a special place in the international fair calendar.
Buoyed by the success of its previous editions, the 2023 selection continues the fair's move upmarket with a list of exhibitors that has been renewed by 33% (from the previous edition). The list of exhibitors has been renewed by 33% (i.e. 43 new galleries compared to 2022) and the presence of major galleries that have established themselves in the fair.
60 of exhibitors are French and 40% are foreign. This will of the fair allows to value the richness of the French gallery ecosystem: from the major names in modern and contemporary art to the regional galleries while supporting the youngest structures thanks to the "Promises" sector.

The jury for the Pritzker Architecture Prize, one of the highest honors in the world of architecture, has named British architect David Chipperfield (officially Sir David Alan Chipperfield CH) as the 2023 winner. Known primarily for his cultural projects including the Museo Jumex in Mexico City, the restoration and reconstruction of the Neues Museum in Berlin and the expansion of the Saint Louis Art Museum in Missouri, the 69-year-old expert has been hailed for his minimalist designs that blend the historic with the contemporary and aim to revitalize cities. He joins past award winners Zaha Hadid (2004), Eduardo Souto de Moura (2011), Shigeru Ban (2014), Balkrishna Doshi (2018) and Diébédo Francis Kéré (2022).
David Chipperfield, who has completed more than 100 projects from Asia to Europe to North America, recently completed the restoration and transformation of the Procuratie Vecchie in St. Mark's Square in Venice, finally opening to the public a new access to the city's cultural heritage. Venice, finally providing public access to three major buildings (which previously housed the financial administration of St. Mark's Basilica). The architect used traditional artisans to restore the old decorations and created event spaces, exhibition halls and rooftop terraces that brought the historic structures to life by making them accessible to the public. In 2021, the architect renovated Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's 1968 Neue Nationalgalerie in Berlin with surgical precision. Our new magazine, Winter 2023 Edition is finally available! You will be able to find all our latest properties through our different agencies: Paris, La Rochelle, Biarritz, Hossegor, Arcachon and Bordeaux.
For this 14th edition, we called upon the talent of the artist Clément Dezelus to design our cover with a geometric, colorful and minimalist illustration. We asked him a few questions to learn more about this artist:
Clément, can you introduce yourself in a few words?
My name is Clément Dezelus, I am originally from Nantes. I moved to Paris to pursue my studies in applied arts at the Dupéré school located in the 3rd district. Today, I work as a designer, director and fashion photographer for 6 years. Thanks to my multiple hats, I had the chance to collaborate with big international brands, as well as artists from the music world. I'm a big fan of fashion, art and music. I love to stage and let my imagination run wild through the different projects I work on.
Where does your passion for drawing come from?
When I was younger, I loved comics, I had an obsession for drawing and paper. From a very young age, I had a devouring passion for this discipline and an undeniable talent according to my entourage, I was nicknamed "Clément the drawer". Drawing was a way to express myself and to escape during classes because I already knew that the school system did not suit me.
What are your main sources of inspiration?
I find my inspiration in everything around me. Cinema, fashion, Los Angeles where I had the chance to collaborate with a world famous artist. The Parisian nightlife as well, because I love the artistic side that can be found in cabarets, drag queens, theaters, Broadway, etc.
What do you try to express through your creations ?
In everything I do, I try to express authenticity and sincerity. My goal is always to convey a message through my various projects, whether it be in drawing, filmmaking or photography.
Do you prefer to work on small or large formats?
I really like working on large formats because I feel like I am "diving" into the canvas.
What does the brand Ateliers, Lofts et Associés inspire in you?
I met Olivier Thonon, the director of the agency, who introduced me to this brand. It is quite rare that a real estate agency can give artists like me the opportunity to share and discover my world and my work. Olivier's initiative is just like Ateliers, Lofts & Associés... unique. Thank you for your support!
