Anglet, Golf du phare, this house from the 60s has been completely renovated by an architect. With a surface area of 185 m2, it has a rectangular floor plan on 2 levels. The entrance hall leads to a reception area of 50 m2, which opens onto the surrounding terraces and allows a fluid dialogue between the interior and exterior.

The main suite on the same level, designed as a hotel room, offers a sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom. A real office entirely glazed completes this level. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms and 3 shower rooms make up the rest of the night area.

The whole has been designed in a chic and bohemian spirit and is inspired by the villas of Ibiza. The exterior is just as carefully designed, with large concrete terraces, alternating with custom-made landscaping and extended by a long swimming corridor.

Particular care has been taken in the choice of materials that are both robust and design: concrete, terrazzo, marble, wood.... and which sublimate this haute-couture property. A change of scenery is guaranteed.
