UNDER COMPROMISE - EXCLUSIVITY - SUBLIME ARCHITECT'S LOFT

Biarritz, a few steps away from the new district of the Connector, real loft resulting from the rehabilitation of a former artist's studio and which develops a total surface of 123,30 m ² livable (95,79 m ² Carrez).

The generous volume of the original plateau allowed the architect to work on a duplex configuration plan. The entrance, entirely fitted out with storage space, leads to the reception area of nearly 40 m2, with a ceiling that subtly reveals original elements. A cosy living room with a wood stove and its convivial kitchen, constitute the living room which benefits from a beautiful light.

A pleasant bedroom equipped with cupboards, a shower room and an individual toilet complete this level.

On the first floor, and topped by a magnificent wooden frame, the master bedroom with its bathroom has been designed in the spirit of a hotel suite. To complete the night part, an extra room used as an office is integrated into the space as if in suspension.

Here, the architect has done a careful and remarkable job to sublimate this singular place. A real biarrotte nugget ideally placed.
